When you fill out our inquiry or booking form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, event date and location, and any details you share about your event in the message field.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, manage bookings, and communicate with you about our photo booth services. We don't use it for anything beyond that.
How it's handled
Form submissions are sent to us through a third-party form-processing service and by email. We may also use standard website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site; this doesn't identify you personally.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet our own record-keeping needs — after which we delete it.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to see what information we have about you, or to request that we correct or delete it. Just email us at hello@88photobooth.ca and we'll take care of it.
